An amnesiac Scandinavian woman (Tuva Novotny) awakes in a river clutching a bag containing millions of Euros: so begins a convoluted noirish tale involving Communist extremists, an abusive opera-singer husband, generic shoot-outs and a spot of gratuitous torture.
Slick, impersonal and implausible, it’s the sort of thriller that pays closer attention to its heroine’s hair than to her inner turmoil.
